Hi, and thanks for stopping by. I’m a single parent and military officer. Now that I’m in my 30’s I am looking back at my 19 year old self with compassion and reflection. I married a military officer when I was 19 and endured years of mental, emotional, and sexual abuse by my former spouse. I’m now in a place with my own growth and healing that I would like to extend the hand behind me and help pull other women out of the shroud of confusion that envelops victims of domestic violence.

My goal here is to share my experiences and lessons learned as I grew (and continue to grow) into the woman I’m meant to be- without all of the trauma and gaslighting.
